About Jim
Jim is a New York based Sculptor/ Maker currently residing on the suburban coast of Long Island. Making and the outdoors have been important parts of his life for a long time. With a Master of Fine Arts degree in sculpture as well as his years earned knowledge of commercial carpentry and construction, when faced with new projects he comes up with creative and practical solutions.
When on outdoor adventures like hiking, camping, rock hounding, and diving into waterfalls, he often takes time to appreciate our world's natural splendor. His recent projects are inspired by his interactions with nature as well as the ongoing narrative of mans relationship with the environment. He is also a fan of sci-fi, comic books, and Fullerene geometry.
